About the role
- Manage learning activities by overseeing associate training on complex systems and processes and programs.
- Utilize learning management systems to monitor, track, and report on learning activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine needs and adapt to changing demands.
- Evaluate program effectiveness against business objectives.
- Support facilitators and team members by providing feedback to enhance facilitation skills and assessing the team's performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4-5 years of industry/related experience
- Proficient in blended training delivery methodologies
- Expert in classroom training delivery
- Experience with managing LMS, Course administration, Course curation etc
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerBI is highly desired.
- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
