About the role

  • Manage learning activities by overseeing associate training on complex systems and processes and programs.
  • Utilize learning management systems to monitor, track, and report on learning activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine needs and adapt to changing demands.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness against business objectives.
  • Support facilitators and team members by providing feedback to enhance facilitation skills and assessing the team's performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4-5 years of industry/related experience
  • Proficient in blended training delivery methodologies
  • Expert in classroom training delivery
  • Experience with managing LMS, Course administration, Course curation etc
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerBI is highly desired.
  • Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
