About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple technology projects within a program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize program delivery and financial performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions and drive consensus.
- Identify and mitigate risks through scenario planning and proactive response strategies.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of technology strategies and their application to business operations.
- Proven ability to define program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
