About the role
- Lead change management to shift how cross-functional teams prioritize, sequence, and execute work.
- Lead the development and execution of complex, large-scale technical programs across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define and implement program strategies, frameworks, and processes to optimize resource efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus, manage dependencies, and resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Oversee technical design decisions, ensuring scalable, modular, and secure system architectures.
- Mentor and guide teams on engineering practices, program management methodologies, and problem-solving techniques.
- Drive data-informed decision-making and communicate program status to executive leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues to maintain program momentum and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Option 2: 10 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Certification in Project Management.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 6 years’ experience in product design.
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams while driving continuous improvement.
