- Delivers secure, scalable Linux infrastructure and application solutions through expertise in maintenance, automation, coding, integration, capacity planning, and configuration/version management
- Supports business needs by analyzing requirements, resolving issues, ensuring policy compliance, and driving operational excellence
- Maintain and optimize infrastructure systems through routine maintenance, backups, patching, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and ensuring compliance with IT policies
- Develop, automate, and manage technology solutions by employing scripting, automation tools, coding best practices, version control, and configuration management to improve efficiency and reliability
- Analyze and translate requirements into clear designs, traceability matrices, and user stories while supporting solution scoping, feasibility assessments, and integration needs
- Resolve issues and ensure system reliability by evaluating problems, identifying feasible solutions, performing integration checks, and supporting middleware/API-level connectivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders and uphold standards by supporting business needs, applying security/compliance requirements, modeling company values, and continuously improving processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area or 3 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization related technologies
- Strong Technical Depth Across Infrastructure & Development
- Able to maintain systems, perform routine operations, apply coding best practices, work with automation tools (e.g., Chef/Puppet), and manage configuration, version control, and middleware integrations
- Analytical and Problem‑Solving Strength
- Skilled at analyzing issues, evaluating feasible solutions, conducting capacity assessments, performing integration checks, and interpreting business/technical requirements
- Operational Discipline & Process Excellence
- Understands and adheres to standards in security, coding, documentation, compliance, disaster recovery, and release management—ensuring systems run reliably and efficiently
- Effective Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership
- Works well with cross‑functional teams, contributes to requirement scoping, communicates clearly, and supports alignment with broader business objectives
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning
- Stays current with emerging tools, languages, frameworks, and industry best practices, adapting to new responsibilities, technologies, and organizational changes
