Requirements

Option 1- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Option 2- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 year experience in an analytics related field.
Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
Training and Inferencing of large Scale LLMs, multimodal models, and reasoning models.
Model optimization techniques, including quantization, pruning, distillation, Low-Rank Adaptation (Lora), and Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT).
Understanding of LLMs and Genai ecosystems, including GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, AWS Sonnet, and related frameworks/tools.
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI agent development, and frameworks such as Lang Chain, Langgraph etc.
Ability to convert Business Requirements to Technical Requirements.
Work collaboratively with Multiple Stakeholders.
