About the role
- Assist in designing and organizing project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support operational initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project activities while communicating status and resource availability.
- Develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing subject matter expertise and business requirements.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive projects, identify root causes, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support business needs and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- Proven experience in operations management, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions.
- Ability to develop and implement operational best practices and scalable tools.
- Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Demonstrated adaptability to organizational changes and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in compiling, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights.
