About the role
- Define and execute strategies to improve overall Trial early tenure engagement and conversion.
- Continuously analyze/monitor Trial engagement and conversion performance and act as the subject-matter expert for all things Walmart+ Trial.
- Build and iterate on high value actions with Product, Marketing and other partners to execute plans, analyze results, and define next steps.
- Formulate hypotheses and frame deep-dives that bring forth insights and accelerate our strategic engagement.
- Identify, define, scope, and prioritize strategic areas of research to inform businesses cases and decision making.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, product, operations, analytics, finance, etc. stakeholders to inform strategic approaches, tests design, roadmap, success metrics, and reporting.
- Develop deep understanding of customer cohorts, motivation, and member journey to deliver targeted strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
- Leading cross-functional teams.
- Supervisory experience.
