About the role
- Analyze merchandise sales data and industry trends to inform supply planning decisions and optimize inventory levels
- Develop replenishment plans in collaboration with Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor supplier performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions to maintain supply reliability
- Leverage digital tools and data analytics to identify root causes of supply issues and drive continuous process improvements
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to align strategies and resolve logistics or inventory challenges
- Support financial planning by reviewing profit and loss impacts related to supply chain activities
Requirements
- Proven expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics coordination
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive strategic decisions
- Proficiency in digital tools and technologies for business performance evaluation and reporting
- Experience in financial management, including profit and loss analysis and cost optimization
- Ability to develop and execute replenishment plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Skilled in supplier performance management and resolving supply chain disruptions effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to foster collaboration
