About the role
- Own end-to-end management of the Break/Fix display program.
- Establish and manage SLAs, service standards, and escalation processes.
- Monitor vendor performance including response time, first-time fix rate, and compliance.
- Develop reporting dashboards to track uptime, cycle time, cost, and recurring issues.
- Identify root causes and implement preventative solutions to reduce repeat repairs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Store Operations, Asset Protection, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Support new display rollouts by embedding break/fix readiness into launch plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area
- Project Management Certification
- Six Sigma certification
- Supervisory experience
