About the role

  • Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, developing priorities, and removing barriers to enhance performance.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting merchandising programs, store and corporate processes, and associate training content.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on merchandise priorities and system support developments to senior management and business partners.
  • Oversee training programs by identifying opportunities, assisting in content development, and evaluating effectiveness for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data to drive solutions, recommend process changes, and support internal customers with project requests and plans.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions aligned with customer and company needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field OR 2 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and merchandising operations to drive business results.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and interpreting customer and operational insights to inform decision-making.
  • Expertise in developing and communicating business plans, priorities, and performance standards.
  • Ability to identify training needs, support content development, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
