About the role

  • Perform quality claim reviews, analyze trends and reserve adequacy, and identify key quality drivers and risks.
  • Partner with claims leadership and stakeholders to communicate insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Support structured workflows for aggregate account reviews and ensure timely, accurate completion.
  • Collaborate on actionable improvement plans to enhance claim handling practices and operational outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on quality tools, dashboards, and reporting to strengthen quality governance and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 4–5 years of experience in claims processing or insurance operations with strong knowledge of claims handling practices.
  • Experience working with carriers and/or Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and web-based systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
