Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
9 years’ experience in software engineering or related area with 4 years’ supervisory experience.
Proven ability to direct engineering programs for high-scale subscription models, including expertise in recurring revenue systems and member lifecycle optimization.
Deep working knowledge of cloud-native distributed system development and microservices architecture.
Demonstrated success in driving technology roadmaps through rigorous A/B experimental design and data-driven outcomes.
Proven track record of mentoring senior leaders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience in all areas of engineering including DevOps, SRE, and building resilient Tier 0 production systems.
