About the role
- Completing claim quality reviews, quality measurement, and reporting
- Helping leaders understand drivers behind claim quality, reserve adequacy, and operational outcomes
- Partnering closely with claims leadership, underwriting, actuarial, internal audit, and third-party administrators (TPAs)
- Performing quality claim reviews, identifying trends, risks, and reserve adequacy insights, and translating findings into actionable themes
- Leading end-to-end review processes including planning, file selection, execution oversight, and reporting
- Supporting development of structured workflows, dashboards, and training to strengthen quality review effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in claims processing or insurance operations
- Knowledge of claims handling practices
- Experience working with carrier and/or third-party administrator (TPA) environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data-driven reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams
