Lead the vision, architecture, and execution of an AI-enabled sales platform.
Guide engineering teams in designing and operating high-performance, reliable, and scalable distributed systems.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Business teams.
Define and execute the multi-year technical and organizational strategy for the AI-enabled sales platform.
Oversee architecture of large-scale distributed systems integrating AI capabilities and automation.
Build scalable platform services and orchestration layers enabling efficient workflows.
Establish engineering rigor with monitoring, reliability standards, and performance optimization.
Build and mentor high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 9 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. 4 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Experience building large-scale platform systems that support complex operational workflows.
Experience developing platforms that integrate AI-enabled capabilities into business applications.
Experience operating systems that process large volumes of data and support high-scale automation or decision systems.
Experience working across global teams and supporting enterprise-scale business environments.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
