About the role

  • Own the strategic roadmap for next-generation entertainment in-store initiatives.
  • Develop and pilot innovative merchandising concepts, interactive experiences, and cross-category activations.
  • Lead high-impact launches and exclusive programs with key entertainment and gaming partners.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing, Real Estate, and Finance partners, and Fixture Suppliers.
  • Scale successful pilots across regions and divisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Merchandising, or related field and 4 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area
  • 8+ years of experience in retail merchandising, category management, or in-store innovation
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ownership of Project Management
  • Experience managing new initiatives and launching across store initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex retail environment
  • Strategic mindset with operational execution capability
  • Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification (Preferred)
  • Six Sigma Black Belt - Certification (Preferred)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt - Certification (Preferred)
