About the role

  • Own problem discovery and solution definition for Verticals, using data, customer insights, and AI assisted research.
  • Define and track product and feature KPIs (e.g., adoption, conversion, churn, NPS, lifetime value).
  • Write high quality PRDs, partner with Engineering and UX, and manage backlog priorities in Agile environments.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps and support product launches, scaling, and iteration.
  • Apply design thinking and journey mapping to improve customer and seller experiences.
  • Use AI tools daily to accelerate market research, insight synthesis, and product documentation.
  • Communicate clearly with cross functional stakeholders and influence alignment on priorities and tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product management.
  • 5 years’ experience in product management or related area.
  • Strong customer empathy with a proven data driven approach to problem solving.
  • Experience owning at least one product through the full product development lifecycle.
  • Experience working cross functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Clear understanding of front-end user experience and how product decisions impact customers.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 2 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
