About the role
- Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals to support organizational growth and change initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance to business leaders on human resources matters, ensuring consistent application of HR practices and compliance with regulations.
- Lead data analysis efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local laws, conducting audits and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
- Drive talent management initiatives including recruitment, development, succession planning, and workforce capability enhancement.
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous learning to support associate engagement and business success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years’ experience in human resources or related area OR 7 years’ experience in human resources or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong experience in organizational change management and guiding leadership through HR implications.
- Demonstrated ability to direct HR compliance, audit practices, and implement corrective action plans.
- Proficiency in data analysis to inform HR decisions, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations with a focus on compliance.
- Skilled in talent management, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
