About the role
- Lead hiring strategy and delivery across multiple U.S.-based Engineering and Data Science organizations.
- Translate workforce plans into structured, forward-looking hiring strategies aligned to business priorities and technical roadmaps.
- Manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Associates, setting clear performance expectations tied to speed, quality, and stakeholder impact.
- Partner directly with senior engineering and data science leaders to provide talent market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring trade-off recommendations.
- Use recruiting analytics to assess pipeline health, forecast outcomes, identify risks, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Establish disciplined operating rhythms, including sprint planning, hiring reviews, and performance dashboards to improve predictability.
- Standardize recruiting workflows and structured technical assessment practices to reduce variance and improve hiring quality.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, capacity modeling, and digital enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area and 3 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
- 5 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success leading strategic technical hiring across technical Engineering & Data Science organizations.
- Strong analytical capability with experience translating recruiting data into actionable business insight.
- Experience advising senior technical leaders on workforce planning, market feasibility, and hiring strategy.
- Deep understanding of software engineering, platform, and AI/ML talent markets.
- Proven ability to build scalable, repeatable recruiting programs.
