Develop tools for scenario testing, failure modeling, and workflow explainability.
Establish reusable patterns, standards, and best practices for agent orchestration and automation.
Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, conducting research to identify emerging tools and methodologies.
Partner with Global Tech, Product, UX, QA, and DevOps to ensure production readiness, monitoring, and governance.
Lead technical documentation, readiness reviews, and handoffs as systems transition to long-term ownership.

Requirements

10+ years of experience designing and operating large-scale, distributed, event-driven systems.
Proven expertise in building complex workflow, orchestration, or agent-based platforms with state management, resilience, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Deep system design and architecture skills, with a track record of delivering secure, high-performance, and highly available platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with API platforms, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and modern CI/CD practices.
Demonstrated ability to design testable, explainable, and auditable systems using simulation, replay, and failure modeling techniques.
Experience establishing reusable technical patterns, governance models, and engineering standards across multiple teams.
Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and influence cross-functional partners.
