About the role
- Architect, Design and implement multi-step, multi-agent workflows with built-in state management, retries, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Build and maintain reference workflows and testing environments for development, simulation, and replay.
- Architect secure, high-performance, and scalable distributed systems aligned to business objectives.
- Develop tools for scenario testing, failure modeling, and workflow explainability.
- Establish reusable patterns, standards, and best practices for agent orchestration and automation.
- Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, conducting research to identify emerging tools and methodologies.
- Partner with Global Tech, Product, UX, QA, and DevOps to ensure production readiness, monitoring, and governance.
- Lead technical documentation, readiness reviews, and handoffs as systems transition to long-term ownership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and operating large-scale, distributed, event-driven systems.
- Proven expertise in building complex workflow, orchestration, or agent-based platforms with state management, resilience, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Deep system design and architecture skills, with a track record of delivering secure, high-performance, and highly available platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with API platforms, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Demonstrated ability to design testable, explainable, and auditable systems using simulation, replay, and failure modeling techniques.
- Experience establishing reusable technical patterns, governance models, and engineering standards across multiple teams.
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and influence cross-functional partners.
