About the role
- Analyze merchandise sales data and industry trends to inform supply planning decisions and optimize inventory levels
- Develop replenishment plans in collaboration with Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain partners to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor and address supply chain performance issues, providing timely feedback and corrective action plans to suppliers
- Leverage data analytics tools to generate insights, support strategic decision-making, and improve forecasting accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to resolve supply disruptions and enhance network capacity and logistics
- Evaluate financial impacts of supply chain actions and support business case development for cost savings
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and inventory management
Requirements
- Proven expertise in supply chain management and replenishment planning to optimize inventory and operational efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and leverage insights for strategic decision-making
- Proficiency in digital tools and data analysis techniques to evaluate business performance and drive actionable outcomes
- Solid financial management knowledge, including profit and loss analysis and budget planning
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers
- Experience in identifying process improvements and resolving supply chain challenges to enhance overall performance
