About the role
- Lead execution of cross-functional Spark initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
- Provide data-driven decision support by analyzing operational and financial trends and translating insights into action.
- Oversee development of operational tools, reporting, and scorecards to improve driver performance and platform efficiency.
- Drive initiatives that measure metrics, reduce costs, and mitigate operational risk.
- Manage and develop associates while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, operations, or marketplace/platform environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Strong analytical expertise with experience using data to influence investment and operational decisions.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale implementations and performance metrics in dynamic environments.
- Experience developing high-performing teams and leading through organizational change.
