Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, operations, or marketplace/platform environments.
Experience leading cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Strong analytical expertise with experience using data to influence investment and operational decisions.
Proven ability to manage large-scale implementations and performance metrics in dynamic environments.
Experience developing high-performing teams and leading through organizational change.
