About the role

  • Lead execution of cross-functional Spark initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Provide data-driven decision support by analyzing operational and financial trends and translating insights into action.
  • Oversee development of operational tools, reporting, and scorecards to improve driver performance and platform efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives that measure metrics, reduce costs, and mitigate operational risk.
  • Manage and develop associates while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, operations, or marketplace/platform environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Strong analytical expertise with experience using data to influence investment and operational decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale implementations and performance metrics in dynamic environments.
  • Experience developing high-performing teams and leading through organizational change.
