- Lead Product Vision and Strategy for Seller Risk, Performance & Support
- Develop and execute a technology roadmap for risk transformation
- Implement key risk initiatives to enable accelerated marketplace growth
- Oversee a team of approximately 50 people across US and India
- Collaborate with stakeholders and articulate product needs to senior leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Strong track record in e-commerce, retail, and/or two-sided retail marketplaces
- Expertise in merchant/seller risk management, including fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, compliance, and trust
- Experience building products for merchant/seller support, success, growth, and/or performance
- 7+ years of leadership experience, including leading managers of managers
- Proven success in defining and leading product strategy
