Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
Proven expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and financial forecasting to support merchandising decisions.
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and automation tools to develop actionable insights and dashboards.
Experience managing moderately complex category forecasts, budgeting, and profit and loss tracking.
Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence through data-driven storytelling and presentations.
Skilled in developing and executing strategic initiatives based on analytics and market trends.
Demonstrated capability to support negotiation and vendor analysis with relevant financial inputs.
