Develop state of the art techniques in Machine Learning, Personalization and Recommendation systems
Design, implement, and own the state-of-the-art Machine Learning approaches including deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI techniques
Collaborate with other tech leads on top-down or bottom-up initiatives and priorities
Develop data models and iteratively improve them based on new data insights
Design, architect and iterate on data models
Iterate, challenge, and accelerate best practices in Personalization and Item Recommendations

Requirements

Master's degree/Ph.D in Data Science, Computer Science or related fields
Expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, Generative AI, Personalization and Item Recommendation algorithms
Experience in data science and building and evaluating large scale machine learning and deep learning models
Experience in designing and deploying highly scalable Recommenders systems for e-commerce
Strong coding skills in Python or other related languages
Experience building scalable data pipelines using Spark, Hive, and/or SQL
Experience designing scalable end-to-end model architectures and conducting experiments in PyTorch/TensorFlow to solve complex predictive modeling problems
