About the role

  • Develop and own comprehensive product roadmaps, aligning features with business goals and market demands.
  • Utilize data analysis and product analytics to inform decisions and identify trends for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate the product vision and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Lead product lifecycle management, including MVP creation, rollout, and scaling of complex products.
  • Drive customer-centric solutions by understanding needs through research, journey mapping, and process optimization.

  • Promote adoption of innovative technologies and ensure quality through rigorous testing and evaluation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
  • 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and data science principles.
  • Extensive experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management within complex environments.
  • Strong proficiency in data-driven decision making, analytics, and product feature evaluation.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing to align cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, machine learning, and data science.
  • Proven ability to mentor teams and promote best practices using Agile methodologies.
