About the role
- Responsible for partner management, project management, and identifying new features/benefits for financial services.
- Build and execute platforms in-store chain wide in partnership with multiple partners and product providers.
- Partner with in-store teams on launching new product features, associate training, marketing and campaigns in store.
- Build strategic relationships with new and existing external partners.
- Deliver customer, operational, and financial metrics for existing and newly established business lines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in consumer financial services industry, logistics, e-commerce, retail operations, digital acquisitions or related area.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or consumer lending preferred.
- MBA or master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred.
- Must have a high sense of urgency and a demonstrated ability to deliver fast, measurable business results.
