About the role

  • Define and evolve the long-term strategy and roadmap for item transactability.
  • Identify opportunities to expand assortment and improve item availability across global markets.
  • Establish clear success metrics aligned to business outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assortment availability logic, marketplace eligibility, and compliance capabilities.
  • Lead discovery, prioritization, requirement definition, and rollout.
  • Use data to identify gaps in availability and eligibility.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
  • Drive decisions grounded in analytics and measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise-wide discussions to align on goals, trade-offs, and execution approach.
  • Partner closely with engineering to shape scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management, or 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
  • Proven experience launching products in large enterprises or high-growth startups.
  • Experience leading end-to-end product discussions to align on goals and execution approach.
  • Strong strategic thinking and product vision.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions.
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes without direct supervision.
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders across organizations.
  • Nice to Have: Retail industry experience, 0-to-1 product experience, consulting background.
