About the role
- Define and evolve the long-term strategy and roadmap for item transactability.
- Identify opportunities to expand assortment and improve item availability across global markets.
- Establish clear success metrics aligned to business outcomes.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assortment availability logic, marketplace eligibility, and compliance capabilities.
- Lead discovery, prioritization, requirement definition, and rollout.
- Use data to identify gaps in availability and eligibility.
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Drive decisions grounded in analytics and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead enterprise-wide discussions to align on goals, trade-offs, and execution approach.
- Partner closely with engineering to shape scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management, or 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
- Proven experience launching products in large enterprises or high-growth startups.
- Experience leading end-to-end product discussions to align on goals and execution approach.
- Strong strategic thinking and product vision.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes without direct supervision.
- Comfortable influencing stakeholders across organizations.
- Nice to Have: Retail industry experience, 0-to-1 product experience, consulting background.
