Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and data science principles and experience working with data scientists on AI driven products.
- Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management within complex environments, delivering products that foster customer belonging.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, influencing and aligning cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration, trust, shared ownership, and belonging.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making, applying product and feature analytics to drive thoughtful, balanced outcomes.
- Experience with emerging technologies and modern product development practices that encourage collaboration, continuous learning, and belonging.
- Ability to define product vision, frame hypotheses, and lead go-to-market strategies supporting scalable, accessible adoption.
- Demonstrated leadership mentoring teams, elevating multiple perspectives, and cultivating an environment of belonging, growth, and innovation.
