About the role
- Lead as an advocate for the Customer & Member.
- Partner with Merchandising to understand future changes to inventory flow.
- Connect stakeholders across Organizations to share strategies, identify risk, and prescribe E2E solutions.
- Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to streamline operations and improve network efficiency.
- Serve as the primary contact for external partners, communicating expectations and ensuring compliance.
- Approve and optimize supply chain flow paths to maximize sales, in-stock, and profit metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales, inventory, and strategic objectives.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging lean concepts and cost-reduction strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience in Merchandising / Merchandising Operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies & mobilization strategies.
