About the role
- Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives.
- Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions.
- Analyze data to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support decision-making aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, develop innovations, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead the development and improvement of operational tools and reports, providing subject matter expertise and driving project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business goals and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- Proven experience in managing operations and project plans, including organizing timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and interpret trends to develop actionable recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
- Expertise in problem solving and developing creative solutions to reduce costs and enhance business processes.
- Demonstrated accountability and adaptability in managing multiple initiatives and driving results.
- Proficiency in project management and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Effective collaboration skills to build partnerships and influence outcomes within complex organizational environments.
