About the role
- Apply AI and machine learning to enhance product capabilities, automate workflows, and deliver intelligent user experiences
- Lead the product development lifecycle (PDLC) for select features—from ideation through launch and iteration
- Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into clear documentation and actionable plans
- Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals
- Conduct ROI analysis and use data to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to drive adoption and deliver value
- Evangelize product features internally and externally, co-authoring launch materials and presenting to stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and NPS to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product management
- 5 years’ experience in product management or related area
- Demonstrated ability to lead feature development through the full PDLC
- Experience with backlog management, requirements gathering, and feature testing
- Basic analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, NPS, and ROI analysis
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or working on AI-powered product features
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or international product domains
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Quantum, or Confluence
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
