About the role
- Lead programs that will build and scale technology platform.
- Be on the front line with our internal International Walmart business and technology stakeholders.
- Define and manage large-scale technical programs, coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Drive risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Analyze data to inform decisions and optimize resource allocation.
- Mentor team members on technical leadership and program management best practices.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Option 2: 9 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Certification in Project Management.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product design.
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies.
