- Own and develop strategic plans for highly complex categories
- Analyze competition, customer behavior, industry trends, and the macro environment
- Make customer-centric recommendations and decisions across all customer touchpoints
- Establish and influence high-visibility supplier relationships
- Lead and support resource requirements
- Measure outcomes and identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area
- 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Leading cross-functional teams
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Negotiating with third-party suppliers
- Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
