Requirements

7+ years in program management, product operations, or technical execution roles.
Deep understanding of PDLC, mobile app release cycles, and large-scale launch risk.
Proven ability to design systems that identify, track, and mitigate risk across concurrent feature launches.
Experience diagnosing how defects and regressions drive broader platform instability and driver impact.
Advanced Excel and BI expertise (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong data synthesis skills, translating complex signals into clear insights and recommendations.
Cross-functional fluency across Engineering, Product, and Operations.
Systems thinker with high ownership and experience scaling features from concept to rollout.
