About the role
- Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables.
- Analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Communicate program status and performance reports to senior leadership, managing expectations and escalating critical issues as needed.
- Foster accountability, continuous learning, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
- Proven experience in project management with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate complex programs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders and foster collaboration.
- Demonstrated accountability in driving results, monitoring performance, and implementing continuous improvements.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic business cases.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members to enhance performance and growth.
- Adaptability to manage changing priorities and promote a culture of learning and innovation.
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
