About the role
- Lead and manage earnings operations workstreams, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and closure of issues impacting earnings accuracy.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, defects, and risks, providing actionable insights to support prioritization and decision-making.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive process and control improvements to reduce defects, rework, and manual effort.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Operations teams to resolve issues, clarify ownership, and remove execution barriers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a high-performing team environment with clear performance expectations.
- Promote continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and innovative solutions across operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
- Proven expertise in operations and project management with the ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple work streams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing teams to achieve performance goals.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and drive alignment across business units.
