About the role
- Provide strategic legal guidance aligned with company’s global business objectives.
- Advise on legal rights, obligations, and risks.
- Oversee legal compliance and manage complex business transactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and direct outside counsel.
- Represent the company before regulatory and judicial bodies.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contribute to business planning.
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited law school and 6 years’ experience in law.
- License to practice law in at least one state.
- 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
