About the role
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive customer value and business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify customer needs, optimize processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Utilize modern methodologies and emerging technologies to influence product vision.
- Drive product development using Agile methodologies, MVP creation, and iterative optimization.
- Analyze product and feature data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlog with stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
- 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
