About the role
- Developing state of the art techniques in Machine Learning, Personalization and Recommendation Systems
- Design, implement and own the state of the art Machine Learning approaches including deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI and computer vision techniques
- Work with other tech leads on top-down or bottom-up initiatives and priorities
- Develop data models based on new data insights
- Design, architect and iterate on data models
- Iterate, challenge, and accelerate best practices in Personalization and Item Recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field
- 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field
