About the role

  • Responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance on Distribution Center equipment and the building.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to perform work in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on material handling and building equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems with equipment where the repair is not immediately visible or obvious.
  • Operate material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment.
  • Daily perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment according to procedures.

Requirements

  • 1 year's experience in repairing/maintaining mechanical OR electrical equipment in an industrial or non-industrial setting OR 2 years' related vocational training
