- Oversee execution of complex projects and programs, managing timelines, budgets, and performance standards to ensure successful outcomes.
- Analyze business data and trends to develop actionable recommendations aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to support business goals and drive innovation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
- 3 years’ supervisory experience.
- Proven expertise in operations management and business strategy development to drive organizational success.
- Strong project management skills with experience overseeing complex, large-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated capability in performance management, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
- Experience in workforce development, mentorship, and talent management to cultivate high-performing teams.
- Adaptability and problem-solving aptitude to implement innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
