About the role

  • Serve as the brand steward for WGT in India, ensuring consistent application of the brand across India-wide communication campaigns, events and other touchpoints
  • Partner with the WGT Communications team and cross-functional stakeholders in India on conceptualizing, developing and delivering creative campaigns spanning technology, culture and workplace themes to bring our brand story to life
  • Help elevate our brand through high-quality creative visual storytelling working in close partnership with the WGT Communications Team in India
  • Manage day-to-day engagement with partner agencies and collaborate with the Communications Team and stakeholders to seamlessly plan and execute video shoots including handling logistics and permissions
  • Conceptualize shoots, create and review storyboards and scripts and oversee end-to-end production to ensure alignment with the storytelling objective, brand voice, messaging and visual language
  • Deliver high-quality visual experiences with strong attention to detail and brand integrity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, multimedia or a related field
  • Five to eight years of experience in graphic design, video production and branding
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both static design and motion graphics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects) or comparable tools
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
  • Experience with workplace branding or merchandise design is a plus
