About the role

  • Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration
  • Align forecasts and inventory flows to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal builds
  • Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve inventory and replenishment issues
  • Manage inventory health by reducing understock, overstock, and aging inventory metrics
  • Oversee product flow and allocation decisions using inventory systems to meet key performance indicators
  • Partner cross-functionally to align network inventory strategies and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Provide leadership by developing team capabilities, setting standards, and promoting continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area and 2 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area
  • 5 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area (Option 2)
  • Proven expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain coordination
  • Strong skills in data analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
  • Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and foster a performance-driven work environment
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, process improvement, and execution of business plans
