About the role

  • Serve as the primary LMS administrator for Intellum, managing users, enrollments, permissions, and learning paths.
  • Pioneer an AI-first approach to content creation and prepare for the implementation of AI-personalized learner journeys.
  • Build and maintain a support and ticketing system in AirTable or other Walmart approved tool for learner and content creator support.
  • Explore Agentic AI solutions to improve the learner and user support journey.
  • Build, test, and launch courses, collections, learning paths, and event registrations aligned with WMC initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (completion rates, NPS, engagement, compliance) for leadership and stakeholder visibility.
  • Research Maintain clean data through scheduled audits, user imports, and integrations with HRIS and CRM systems.
  • Partner with Program Managers, Instructional Designers, and stakeholders to align content deployment, learner targeting, and reporting needs.
  • Identify system inefficiencies and recommend scalable AI-focused solutions that improve the learner experience and team workflows.
  • Work with Engineering, Information security, and data governance to ensure that all programs are operating in accordance with Walmart policies.
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager of Learning Platforms to develop the future state of the LMS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
  • 4+ years of experience administering LMS platforms (Intellum preferred; Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo, or similar a plus).
  • Experience building tables and workflows in Airtable.
  • Experience designing or managing enterprise learning workflows at scale (3,000+ users).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), data cleaning, and analytics.
  • Experience building dashboards or visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
  • Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI course deployment and troubleshooting.
  • AI-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
