About the role
- Lead coordination of all Earnings UI touchpoints for drivers—ensuring clarity, transparency, and ease of earning across the platform.
- Serve as the go-to partner ensuring Tipping information is thoughtfully designed and implemented when upstream or partner teams introduce new capabilities.
- Collaborate with teams across Compliance, Offer Experience, App, and disbursements to create cohesive and accurate experiences.
- Partner with engineering and operations to ensure on-time and accurate disbursement of driver earnings, resolving discrepancies and ensuring system reliability.
- Oversee updates to core driver-facing experiences to improve comprehension and trust.
- Define, develop, and enhance products by building clear roadmaps, writing PRDs, managing delivery, and evaluating performance against KPIs.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, leveraging data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and continuously improve outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across Design, Data, Engineering, Operations, and Legal to align priorities and deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in product management, or 7+ years of experience in product management or a related area.
- Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products, ideally within marketplaces, gig economy, or payments ecosystems.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams, influence without authority, and build alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of payments, product lifecycles, and compliance considerations.
- Experience managing driver, courier, or gig worker platforms, or equivalent two-sided marketplace products.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and transparency initiatives (e.g., disclosure laws, regional reporting).
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies, MVP development, and rapid iteration.
- Strong product discovery and storytelling abilities, with proven success driving outcomes through engineering and UX partnership.
