About the role
- Lead the planning and execution of modular assortment initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, manage timelines, and mitigate risks to meet business objectives.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to associates, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Translate strategic insights into actionable plans, supporting seamless execution while promoting collaboration and accountability across teams to deliver consistent, high-impact results.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and remove obstacles to maintain schedule adherence and execution quality.
- Capture feedback and performance data to drive continuous process improvements and repeatable practices.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering operational excellence and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution.
- 4 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated coordination ownership.
- Strong expertise in modular execution standards and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to coordinate complex projects, manage risks, and communicate progress across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated skills in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to foster growth and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement to drive continuous enhancement of execution practices.
- Effective relationship management and collaboration with stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and delivering customer-focused results.
