About the role

  • Develop and own comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive product vision, strategy, and go-to-market execution.
  • Influence and build alignment among stakeholders through clear communication and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch, employing Agile methodologies and MVP strategies.
  • Monitor emerging trends and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • 10 years’ experience in Product Management, preferably building customer facing products.
  • Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and scaling for complex products.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including product and feature analytics, and customer insights.
  • Experience leading product development lifecycles using Agile methodologies and MVP approaches.
  • A great storyteller, excellent at communicating complex information clearly and building alignment among senior stakeholders.
  • A strong mindset of ownership to ensure product success.
  • Combination of strategic thinking and rigorous execution.
  • Ability to discover new opportunities anchored around customer centricity.
  • Self-initiate, ability to operate with minimal guidance.
  • Knowledge of emerging industry trends, technology innovation, and domain-specific best practices.
