About the role
- Provide regulatory counseling, strategic guidance and support to various stakeholders
- Track, monitor, and advise on federal and state food related statutory and regulatory issues
- Provide regulatory support for USDA, FDA, and state compliance and enforcement issues
- Advise on food labeling matters
- Provide legal advice and counsel on food manufacturing
- Review and advise on agreements with various parties
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- 4 years’ experience in law
- License to practice law in at least one state
