About the role
- Lead program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation efforts to ensure successful project completion within scope and timelines.
- Monitor and control program progress, coordinating cross-functional meetings to address schedule, risks, and dependencies.
- Build stakeholder consensus through clear, concise communication and influence using data-driven insights.
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost monitoring across multiple projects.
- Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives, assigning responsibilities and milestones.
- Support technology domain stakeholders by translating business needs into actionable solutions and process improvements.
- Foster collaboration and maintain compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity.
- Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage project health effectively.
- Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and build consensus.
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and monitoring project costs within a program.
- Proficiency in agile methodology, project planning, and change management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
