About the role

  • Contribute as a hands-on builder focused on model development and rapid experimentation.
  • Execute complex deep learning and multimodal modeling work with a production mindset.
  • Partner closely with engineering to deploy, monitor, and iterate on models in production.
  • Influence adjacent teams through strong technical judgment and collaboration.
  • Thrive in fast moving, ambiguous spaces where learning fast and shipping value matters.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in data science, deep learning, or applied ML.
  • Proven, hands-on expertise with modern deep learning frameworks.
  • Experience training, fine tuning, and evaluating large models.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and curate domain specific training data.
  • Track record of close collaboration with engineering partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and clear, concise communication.
  • Research mindset with real world impact; publications are a plus, not a requirement.
  • Option 1 - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 2 - Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
